Rwanda's Law No. 003/2012 on Family Planning, as amended, recognizes the right of anyone aged 15 and above to access reproductive health services — including contraceptives — without parental consent. Health centres are legally bound to serve you in confidence; no health worker may disclose your visit without your permission.
